We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge with relevant experience in centrifugal pump, valve, mechanical seal, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, material receipt and issue, inventory control, stock accuracy, material identification, documentation, and coordination with Purchase, Production, Quality, Planning, and Accounts departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage complete store and inventory operations.
- Handle material inward, outward, receipt, issue, and return activities.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, Invoices, and GRNs.
- Prepare and maintain GRN / Material Receipt Records.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Issue materials to Production as per approved Material Requisition / Issue Slip.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, storage, and location management.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Maintain records of shortage, excess, damaged, rejected, and returned materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase for pending and expected material deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production and Planning for daily material requirements.
- Maintain proper records for slow-moving, non-moving, and excess inventory.
- Ensure proper FIFO / systematic material storage wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain store documents and records required for ISO audits.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control systems.





MATERIALS / ITEMS TO BE HANDLED The candidate should have knowledge of handling engineering and manufacturing materials such as:

- CI, SG Iron & SS Castings
- Forgings
- Shafts, Sleeves & Impellers
- Bearings
- Mechanical Seals
- Gaskets
- Fasteners
- Electric Motors
- Valves, Pipes & Fittings
- MS, SS & Carbon Steel Materials
- Pump Components
- Consumables, Tools & Hardware
- Other engineering and pump manufacturing components

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Good understanding of material inward and outward processes.
- Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue Slip, Stock Register and Delivery Challan.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / BUSY or equivalent systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Good coordination with Purchase, Production, Quality and Planning teams.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple materials and activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of 5S, FIFO and basic inventory control practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Experience in centrifugal pump, valve, mechanical seal, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Candidates having experience in handling engineering components and raw materials will have an advantage.
- Candidates with valuable knowledge of ERP and MS Excel are preferred.
- Candidates who have independently handled a manufacturing store / warehouse are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
