Key Responsibilities

- Inventory &
- Stock Control:

Track stock levels, record inventory data, enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation principles, and report shortages, excess stock, or damages.

- Receiving &

- Inspection:

Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders, verify weights and quantities, and check expiration dates and the condition of perishable and dry goods.

- Kitchen Coordination: Issue and transfer raw materials and supplies to the kitchen team in a timely manner.

- Documentation &

- Data Entry:

Record received goods, stock issues, transfers, and inventory adjustments into the restaurant’s log or inventory software.

- Store Maintenance &

- Hygiene:

Keep the storage areas, walk-ins, and dry pantries clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and health standards.

- Audits: Assist with periodic physical stock takes and reconcile variances against system records.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education:



Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary school certificate or equivalent.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a similar hospitality/restaurant role preferred.

- Technical Competencies:

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory/POS software.

- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and FIFO storage rules.

- Numeracy and data entry accuracy.

- Behavioral Competencies:

- Solid attention to detail and time management.

- Ability to coordinate well with kitchen and procurement staff.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and work in refrigerated or cold-storage environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
