We are looking for a polite, hardworking, and customer-friendly Restaurant Steward to assist in providing excellent service to guests and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and skilled manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them correctly.
- Set and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order service.
- Handle customer requests and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Follow restaurant hygiene and service standards.
- Assist the restaurant team during busy hours.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant/hotel preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Hardworking and well-groomed.
