- Provide professional and attentive table service to guests as per fine-dining standards.

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selection.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen/bar.

- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional etiquette.

- Set up and maintain tables with proper cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen.

- Serve food and beverages with proper fine-dining service techniques and presentation.

- Demonstrate positive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.

- Ensure guest requirements and special requests are handled promptly and courteously.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the restaurant and service area.

- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and restaurant management team.





- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.

- Assist with opening, closing, and side-station preparation as required.

- Maintain a polished, courteous, and guest-focused approach throughout the service.

- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is preferred; freshers with good communication and a service-oriented attitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
