स्टोर हेल्पर के मुख्य कार्य और जिम्मेदारियां सामान की लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग : स्टोर में आने वाले नए सामान (गाड़ी या ट्रक से) को उतारना और पैक किए गए सामान को बाहर भेजने के समय गाड़ी में लोड करना। सामान की छंटनी और व्यवस्था : आए हुए सामान को सही जगह पर, श्रेणी (Category) और साइज के हिसाब से गोदाम या रैक में करीने से लगाना। स्टोर की साफ-सफाई : स्टोररूम, गोदाम और परिसरों को साफ-सुथरा रखना ताकि सामान धूल या नमी से सुरक्षित रहे। स्टॉक गिनने में मदद : समय-समय पर भौतिक रूप से सामान (Inventory Count) की गिनती करने में स्टोरकीपर का सहयोग करना। सामान की आवाजाही :



वरिष्ठ अधिकारी या स्टोरकीपर के निर्देश पर स्टोर से निकालकर मांग के अनुसार संबंधित विभाग या काउंटर तक सामान पहुंचाना। पैकिंग और लेबलिंग : उत्पादों पर प्राइस टैग, बारकोड या पहचान के लिए पर्ची (Labeling) लगाने और सामान पैक करने में सहायता करना। Key Responsibilities Loading and Unloading: Receive incoming shipments, unload delivery trucks, and inspect items for visible damage or count discrepancies against the packing slip.

Stocking and Arranging: Unpack boxes and place products neatly onto shelves, display units, or designated backroom storage racks.

Inventory Organization: Group similar items together and label stock locations properly so the storekeeper or staff can find and issue items quickly.

Housekeeping and Cleanliness: Sweep floors, clear empty cardboard boxes, dispose of trash, and wipe down counters or storage shelves to keep the work setting safe and hygienic.

General Assistance: Fulfill internal department or counter requests by gathering requested items and handing them over for sales or deployment
