? About the Role
Looking for experienced Senior Audit Associates to work on US GAAP audits across Real Estate Developers, Owners/Operators, REITs and Real Estate Funds and NFP
? Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end audits under US GAAP & US GAAS
- Handle audit planning, risk assessment, substantive testing and reporting
• Work on ASC 842, ASC 360, ASC 970, ASC 810 and fair value
- Prepare & review audit workpapers, financial statements and disclosures
- Review Associates/Interns and provide guidance
- Coordinate with US teams and clients on audit issues and progress
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery
? Candidate Requirements
✅ Qualified CA / CPA
✅ 2.6+ years of relevant audit experience
✅ US GAAP knowledge is mandatory
✅ Robust end-to-end audit & technical knowledge
✅ Real Estate audit experience preferred
✅ Candidates with 6 months–1 year of relevant Real Estate exposure may also be considered
✅ Big 4 / similar audit, assurance or CPA firm experience preferred
✅ Resume should clearly highlight Real Estate industry experience OR NFP experience
