- Experience: Minimum 5 Years | IVF + OT Experience

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing IVF and fertility treatments.

- Assist IVF Consultants during OPD consultations, procedures, and fertility treatments.

- Prepare patients for IUI, Ovum Pickup (OPU), Embryo Transfer (ET), and other fertility procedures.

- Assist in OT procedures related to IVF and gynecological cases.

- Prepare and maintain the OT, procedure room, instruments, and equipment before and after procedures.

- Assist the doctor during procedures as a scrub nurse / circulating nurse, as required.

- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and aseptic techniques in OT and IVF procedure areas.

- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the IVF Consultant.

- Monitor patients before, during, and after OPU, ET, IUI, and OT procedures.

- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor patients for complications.

- Ensure proper preparation and transfer of patients to and from the OT/procedure room.

- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, procedure records, and OT documentation.

- Ensure availability and proper handling of medicines, surgical/IVF consumables, and emergency equipment.

- Coordinate with IVF Consultants, Embryologists,



Anesthetists, OT staff, and other departments.

- Provide appropriate patient education regarding procedures, medications, precautions, and follow-up.

- Provide emotional support and maintain confidentiality throughout the fertility treatment journey.

- Follow infection control, biomedical waste management, patient safety, and NABH protocols.

- Assist in maintaining OT registers, sterilization records, and equipment checklists.

- Monitor emergency situations and provide immediate nursing assistance when required.

- Ensure proper handover of patients and relevant clinical information during shift changes.

- Support IVF cycle monitoring and coordinate investigations, scans, appointments, and procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the IVF and OT areas.

- Guide and support junior nurses and ensure compliance with nursing protocols.

- Participate in OT/IVF audits, training programs, quality improvement activities, and departmental meetings.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the IVF Consultant, Nursing Superintendent, or Unit Head.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
