Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Wedding Planner at Parinaya Sutra. The role involves end-to-end planning and execution of bespoke weddings and events, from initial client consultations and budgeting to vendor management, production and on-ground execution.

The Wedding Planner will work closely with clients, families, vendors and internal teams to bring each celebration to life with precision and attention to detail. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing timelines and budgets, coordinating vendors, overseeing set-ups and event operations,



ensuring seamless guest experiences, and proactively resolving challenges as they arise.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and composed under pressure, with a genuine understanding of luxury weddings, hospitality and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in wedding planning, destination weddings, and event management
- Strong planning, budgeting, vendor management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines and deliverables seamlessly
- Robust understanding of luxury hospitality, wedding design and guest experience
- Ability to remain calm, composed and solution-oriented under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and manage challenges proactively
- High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and extended event schedules
