Job Summary

Full-time, in office role responsible for supervising and coordinating geotechnical/geophysical investigation activities at hilly and challenging terrain project sites. The position will oversee site teams, drilling and field activities, ensure proper coordination and execution, and maintain safety and quality standards as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site investigation and field activities in hilly terrain.
- Manage and coordinate drilling, sampling, testing, and field teams.
- Coordinate with project management and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources at site.
- Monitor work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain site records, field observations, and daily progress reports.




- Handle site-level challenges and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 8–10 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Engineer.
- Mandatory experience in hilly/mountainous terrain projects.
- Strong experience in site management, team coordination, and field execution.
- Knowledge of geotechnical investigation, drilling, sampling, and field testing activities will be preferred.
- Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple site activities effectively.
- Willingness to work at remote and challenging project locations.
- Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
