Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing IT professionals across various technologies while working closely with Account Managers, clients, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review and understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, experience, location, and work authorization requirements.
- Identify and screen qualified candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and technical/behavioral screening.
- Discuss job details, compensation, location, work arrangement, and employment terms with candidates.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients/Account Managers within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and offer processes.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate rates/salary with candidates where required.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and closures.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful onboarding and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with the US Sales/Account Management team to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

US IT Staffing Knowledge The candidate should have a good understanding of:
- US IT staffing and recruitment processes
- W2, C2C,



1099 and Contract-to-Hire requirements
- US work authorization categories such as H-1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Contract and contract-to-hire positions
- Remote, hybrid, and onsite requirements
- US time zones and work locations
- Rate negotiation and candidate submissions
- Client/vendor/MSP requirements

Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure Experience recruiting for technologies such as:
- Java / .NET
- Python
- DevOps / Cloud

- Full Stack Development

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and work authorization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Education Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented US IT Recruiter who can independently handle requirements from sourcing through joining, build strong candidate relationships, and consistently deliver qualified candidates within client timelines.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
