Manager / Client Delivery Manager who will own end-to-end delivery and client success for a set of clients. /n /n At Digital Mojo, clients are managed in small, dedicated teams (called pods). /n Each pod works like a mini-agency, responsible for strategy, execution, performance, and client satisfaction. /n You will act as the single owner for your clients — coordinating social media, performance marketing, creatives, and execution — while ensuring quality, timelines, and results. /n This is not a coordination-only role. /n This is an ownership role. /n What is a “Pod”? - Video/Creative support

/n /n You will lead this team and be accountable for outcomes. /n Key Responsibilities1.

Client

Ownership & Communication /n /n

- Be the single point of contact for 6–7 clients

/n

- Lead weekly/monthly client calls

/n

- Understand client business goals and pressure points

/n

- Set expectations clearly and manage scope

/n

- Handle escalations calmly and proactively

/n /n /n 2. Strategy & Planning /n /n /n

- Own monthly plans and priorities for each client

/n

- Align social media, performance marketing, and creatives into one plan

/n

- Use performance insights to guide content and campaigns

/n

- Ensure all execution supports business outcomes

/n /n /n 3. Team & Delivery Management /n /n /n

- Manage a small delivery team assigned to your clients

/n

- Allocate work clearly and avoid overlaps

/n

- Ensure all deliverables are on time and high quality

/n

- Maintain execution discipline and standards

/n /n /n 4.

Performance

Oversight /n /n /n

- Review and understand key performance metrics (CPL,



ROAS, CTR, conversions)

/n

- Work closely with performance marketers to course-correct

/n

- Ensure performance reports are accurate and meaningful

/n /n (You are not required to run ads, but must understand performance well.) /n /n 5.

Quality

Control & Accountability /n /n

- Final responsibility for calendars, creatives, messaging, and reports

/n

- Ensure there are no surprises for clients

/n

- Track deadlines, deliverables, and service levels

/n /n 6. Commercial & Retention Responsibility /n /n

- Own client retention and satisfaction

/n

- Identify upsell or growth opportunities

/n

- Protect margins by controlling scope creep

/n

- Understand capacity and workload limits

- 4–7 years experience in a digital marketing / agency environment

- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong planning and prioritization ability

/n

- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset
