Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting engineering services, and achieving sales targets.

The role involves field visits, market research, client meetings, technical discussions, lead generation, and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and potential customers to promote company engineering services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Conduct client presentations and technical discussions.
- Prepare and submit proposals and follow up for order closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and sales reports.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage CRM and collect customer feedback.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BBA / MBA in a relevant field.

Required Experience

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Engineering Services or Industrial Products.
- Experience in Facility Management will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of engineering services/products.
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client and field visits.
- Strong business development and lead-generation skills.

Preferred
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
