About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our pre-sales, business development, promotions, and client onboarding activities. The role involves working closely with clients, internal technical teams, and technology partners to convert opportunities into successful IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle pre-sales activities for Skybertech's IT projects, products, services, and partnership solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, lead follow-ups, client discussions, and appointment coordination.
- Promote and create awareness about Skybertech's IT consulting and technology solutions.
- Coordinate branding, promotional, and marketing activities for assigned products and projects.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, company profiles, and other sales materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
- Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and sales pipeline activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the sales process.




- Follow up on approvals, purchase orders, agreements, and other requirements for project initiation.
- Ensure smooth handover and onboarding of confirmed projects to the project/delivery team.

What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making sales calls and interacting with clients.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software, digital transformation, or technology services.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good presentation and proposal preparation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Experience in IT sales, pre-sales, business development, or sales coordination will be an advantage.
