Bionova is looking for a hands-on Production professional with robust experience in nutraceutical or food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and ensure on-time completion of production batches.
- Handle manufacturing of Tablets, Capsules, Powders and Liquids.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, BMR/BPR, SOPs and production documentation.
- Ensure complete batch execution with proper yield, reconciliation and batch-wise tracking.
- Maintain strict quality, hygiene and process controls on the production floor.
- Identify quality or production issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Purchase, Stores, Packing and Maintenance to avoid production delays.
- Implement proper production planning, trackers, checklists and process systems.
- Control wastage, rework, production cost and manpower utilization.
- Supervise,
train and motivate production workers while maintaining shop-floor discipline.
- Submit daily planned vs. actual production and pending batch reports.
Candidate Profile
- B.Pharm / B.Tech Food Technology / M.Sc. Food Science / Biotechnology or relevant qualification.
- 5–7 years of production experience in Nutraceutical, Food Supplement or related manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of FSSAI compliance and GMP manufacturing.
- Strong technical understanding of formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Must be system-oriented, disciplined, accountable and capable of independently handling production operations.
Preference: Candidates with direct experience in nutraceutical tablets, capsules, powders and liquid manufacturing. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
