Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra ID Architect to design, implement and govern enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

The role will be responsible for defining identity architecture standards, leading Entra ID modernization initiatives, implementing Zero Trust security principles, automating Identity Lifecycle Management (LCM) flows, and ensuring secure authentication and authorization across workforce, partner and business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft Entra ID architecture.
- Work with Active Directory Forests, Domains, OUs and Group Management strategies.
- Design and manage Entra Connect / Cloud Sync and Hybrid Identity architectures.
- Lead Entra ID modernization and cloud identity transformation initiatives.
- Define identity governance standards, reference architectures and operational frameworks.
- Drive Zero Trust adoption using strong authentication and Conditional Access controls.
- Design and implement automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows using Entra ID Lifecycle Workflows, Azure Automation, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell and Power Automate.
- Lead integration of SaaS, cloud and on-premises applications.
- Design and govern SSO, MFA,



Passwordless Authentication, Conditional Access, Identity Protection and PIM.
- Implement Access Reviews, identity lifecycle governance and privileged access controls.
- Architect B2B and B2C identity solutions.
- Partner with security teams on ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, NIST and other compliance initiatives.
- Lead design workshops and architecture reviews.
- Prepare HLDs, LLDs, SOPs and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with global business, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application and IAM operations teams.
