We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Sales (Cyber Security)

Experience: 4+ years in enterprise/government cybersecurity sales
Augmenter Consulting seeks a cybersecurity sales professional to grow enterprise, government and PSU accounts. The role requires strategic opportunity creation, senior stakeholder influence and conversion of complex sales cycles.
The mandate
- Build territory/account plans, win current logos and maintain an accurate pipeline.
- Sell DLP, MDM/UEM, ZTNA, CASB, PIM, PAM, DPDP-readiness, GRC and SIEM solutions.
- Own discovery, demos/PoCs, proposals, pricing, negotiation, contracting and closure.
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, renewals and strategic-account growth.
- work with the team on RFPs/RFQs/EOIs, compliance and OEM authorisations and customer engagement.
- Engage CISOs, CIOs, government stakeholders, OEMs, SIs and channel partners.
- Maintain CRM discipline and collaborate with pre-sales, delivery and marketing.
What you bring
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Proven quota achievement in B2B cybersecurity, IT security or enterprise software sales.
- Exposure to 2–3 security domains; enterprise/government sales and procurement preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and RFP skills.
- Knowledge of DPDP Act 2023, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, RBI/SEBI/IRDAI and CERT-In is an advantage.
- Relevant security or sales certifications are a plus.
Success: Revenue, new logos, forecast accuracy, tender wins, account growth and renewals.
