Overall Purpose:

Sales Candidate for Marketing Department:

We are seeking a high-performing and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with 5 to 6 years of experience in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) solid tyre industry. The ideal candidate will be a graduate responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in the industrial tyre segment.

Areas of Responsibility:

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial hubs, manufacturing plants, logistics centres, and MHE fleet owners.

Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, OEMs, and dealerships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements regarding MHE applications (forklifts, reach trucks, stackers) to recommend the right solid tyre specifications (e.g., resilient tyres, press-on bands).

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.

Collections & Compliance: Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company commercial policies.

Develop & execute email marketing campaigns.

Analyse daily reports and arrange for necessary corrective and preventive actions.





Develop effective selling strategies.

Understand & respond to customer requests.

Documentation & File Maintenance.

Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

Providing recommendations about current features and product improvements.

Assist the Superior in attending & customer visits for Sales & Marketing.

To plan for customers' visits locally & outside.

Competency Type Job

Competencies Knowledge - Sales & Marketing knowledge about Solid Tyres.

Skills - Should be well-versed in operating Microsoft Office & have good analytical skills; experience in the tyre industry, mining industry, or construction equipment handling companies are preferred.

Attitude - Self-motivated team player with Interpersonal skills, Quick learner and good problem-solving skills; good written and verbal communication.

Qualification and Age - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Automobile engineering is preferred).

Experience & Industry other important requirements - 5 to 6 years of proven sales experience specifically within the MHE solid tyre market or industrial tyre industry. Candidate should have experience in sales of Solid Tyres.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
