Role Summary

We are looking for a driven, student-focused, and experienced Sr. Enrollment Advisor who is passionate about international higher education. In this role, you will counsel prospective students and parents, understand their academic and career goals, recommend suitable international education pathways, and support students through the application and enrolment journey.

The ideal candidate will bring strong counselling and communication skills, hands-on experience supporting international student placements, and the ability to manage prospective students from initial enquiry through enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and counselling sessions.
- Understand students’ academic interests and career aspirations and explain relevant university programs clearly.
- Follow up with prospective students and support them through the application and enrolment process.
- Build trust and maintain qualified relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate lead updates, follow-ups, and notes in the CRM system.
- Work towards individual and team enrolment targets with support from managers and the wider team.
- Participate in webinars, student events, campus activities, and other outreach initiatives when required.




- Learn continuously about university programs, admissions processes, and international education pathways.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in student counselling, international education, study abroad, or a related higher education role.
- International student placement experience is required, with practical understanding of counselling students for overseas education opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone and in person.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take feedback.
- Good interpersonal, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate lead, counselling, and follow-up records; HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time from Bangalore.
