Ecommerce Amazon Ads

Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to drive sales and improve product visibility. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to develop advertising strategies, monitor campaign metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.

The executive will oversee product listings and content quality, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and identify opportunities for growth within the Amazon marketplace. Daily activities also include responding to marketplace inquiries,



resolving issues, and contributing to overall e-commerce strategy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, optimize ads, and make data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and handle marketplace-related queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present insights, and interact with clients clearly.
- Candidates should possess E-Commerce skills, including Amazon marketplace management, product listing optimization, and online sales processes.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to develop strategies that increase conversions, revenue, and marketplace performance.
- Experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) and other digital marketing tools is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for reporting, along with familiarity with analytics dashboards, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in Amazon account management or digital advertising is an advantage.
