Looking for Experienced Sr. CNC Programmer - Manual Programming
Location: Gujarat, Jamnagar - Dared
Experience: 8 to 15 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical
Shift: 12-hour Day/Night shifts as per roster

Key responsibilities :
1. Drawing Reading: Understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
2. Current Product Development (NPD): Check machine feasibility and develop initial programs for new components.
3. Strong hands-on experience in manual CNC programming.
4. Good knowledge of CNC turning / machining processes.
5. Good understanding of Tool selection cutting tools, inserts, speeds & feeds.
6. Experience working with precision components and tight tolerances.
7. Exposure to materials such as Brass, Aluminum, SS,
MS/Carbon Steel and Copper alloys will be relevant to the business.
8. Should be comfortable working closely with Production, Quality and Tooling teams.
9. Candidates with experience in precision turned components / OEM component manufacturing preferred.
10. Process Improvement, Implement error-prevention methods (Poka-Yoke) to improve quality and efficiency.
