About the Company Ludhiana-based electrical equipment manufacturing company with an established presence and customer network across the Haryana region. We manufacture and supply Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Transformers, LT Panels and other electrical power-conditioning equipment.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Area Business Manager to strengthen our sales and business development activities across Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow business across Panipat, Karnal, Yamunanagar and Hisar.
- Manage existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, dealer/distributor networks, consultants, contractors and industrial customers.
- Identify and approach industries, hospitals, hotels, commercial projects, institutions and other electrical equipment users.
- Promote and sell the company's electrical products, including Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Transformers and LT Panels.
- Conduct regular customer visits and understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams for quotations, site requirements and project execution.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, payments and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile:-

Experience:-Minimum 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in the electrical industry.

- Candidates with experience in Servo Stabilizers, Transformers, LT Panels, APFC Panels, Electrical Panels, UPS, Power Quality or related electrical equipment will be preferred.
- Strong existing contacts with industrial customers, electrical contractors, consultants, dealers and project companies in Haryana will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of electrical products and their applications.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and achieving business targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
