Account

Executive and Credit Controller is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing key customer accounts and overseeing credit control activities. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communications, preparing and reviewing proposals, monitoring account performance, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections. The role involves assessing customer creditworthiness, tracking outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.





The position also requires collaboration with operations and finance teams to resolve account issues, improve billing processes, and support revenue targets. The individual will contribute to reporting, forecasting, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with customers while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in account management, client servicing, or sales within services or related industries.
- Strong background in credit control, collections, or receivables management, including exposure to billing and payment follow-up.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting or ERP tools, and basic financial reporting.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in verbal and written form.
- Ability to analyze data, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications in finance or credit management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in facilities services, pest control, or service-based organizations is beneficial.
