Role Description The Spare Part Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing all spare parts operations at Sri Sai Automobiles Heromotocorp. This role includes managing parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating ordering, receiving, and storage of service parts.

The Spare Part

Manager will handle parts inquiries, support the service department, and assist customers and technicians with timely availability of required components. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring parts movement, optimizing inventory turnover, maintaining records in dealership systems,



and enforcing quality and safety standards in the parts store. The role also requires collaborating with sales and service teams, managing vendor relationships, and implementing processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock levels and optimize parts availability.
- Candidates should demonstrate a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to support both internal teams and external customers effectively.
- Candidates should have solid knowledge of Service Parts and spare parts processes within an automotive or two-wheeler dealership environment.
- Relevant experience in parts management, store operations, or dealership backend functions, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Ability to use inventory and billing software, strong numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with service advisors, technicians, and suppliers.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, mechanical/automobile engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage physical stock handling, and adhere to safety and company policies.
