We’re Hiring: Intern – Special Initiatives | Propsoch

- Location: Bengaluru | On-site
- Duration: 3-month internship
- Stipend: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

At Propsoch , we’re building a better way for people to discover and buy homes. Our Special Initiatives team works on recent business bets — figuring out what works, testing fast, and turning ideas into real outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who wants to own things, not just assist.

What will you do?

- Build and manage a pipeline of property inventory and track conversions.
- Run outreach across WhatsApp, social media, communities and local networks .
- Track performance and double down on channels that bring quality inventory.
- Visit properties and societies, inspect units and create listing photos/videos.
- Experiment, learn, iterate and help build new processes from scratch.

Who are we looking for?
- Visually sharp, with basic image and video editing skills.




- A clear and concise writer.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment .
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru for site visits.
- Has their own vehicle/means of commute. Site-visit travel expenses will be reimbursed.
