Job Summary
The Manager – Sourcing will be responsible for developing and managing the company's Channel Partner network, generating business through CPs, and driving project sales through an active sourcing network. The role requires strong knowledge of the KDMC real estate market, established developer/project relationships, and hands-on experience in handling multiple real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner & Broker Management Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop new Channel Partners, IPCs, ICPs, and brokers.
Build and maintain solid professional relationships with Channel Partners to ensure consistent lead generation and business flow.
Conduct regular meetings, calls, partner engagement activities, and site visits.
Maintain an active network of Channel Partners and continuously expand the sourcing base.
2. Business Generation
Generate quality leads, site visits, and bookings through Channel Partners and broker networks.
Drive business and sales through the assigned sourcing network.
Ensure regular follow-ups with Channel Partners to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Coordinate with the Sales and Closing teams to support effective conversion of sourced leads.
3. Project & Market Management
Promote assigned real estate projects among Channel Partners and broker networks.
Maintain strong knowledge of the KDMC real estate market, including active projects, developers, pricing, inventory, and market trends.
Conduct project presentations and communicate project details, pricing, inventory, schemes, and offers to Channel Partners.
Candidate should have hands-on experience working on multiple real estate projects and be able to clearly share details of projects handled.
4. Channel Partner Activation
Identify inactive Channel Partners and develop strategies to reactivate them.
Conduct regular CP meetings, broker meets, site visits, and engagement activities to improve partner productivity.
Build long-term relationships with active and high-performing Channel Partners.
Monitor sourcing activity and ensure continuous lead flow from the partner network.
5. Relationship & Performance Management
Monitor Channel Partner performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
Track leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions generated through the sourcing network.
Resolve Channel Partner queries, coordination issues, and commercial concerns efficiently.
Keep partners updated about new launches, offers, inventory, and marketing initiatives.
6. Reporting & Internal Coordination
Maintain accurate records of Channel Partner activities, leads, site visits, and bookings.
Update sourcing activities and partner information in CRM/MIS systems.
Prepare regular sourcing and performance reports for management.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams for smooth business operations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of the KDMC real estate market. Strong Channel Partner / CP network and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience in real estate sourcing and business generation.
Strong understanding of real estate projects, developers, pricing, inventory, and market dynamics.
Ability to identify, onboard, activate, and manage Channel Partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sourcing and business targets.
Good knowledge of CRM, Excel, and basic MIS reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Partner Management. CP Firm experience is mandatory.
Strong and current knowledge of the KDMC market is mandatory.
Candidate must be currently active in the real estate market with an active Channel Partner / broker network.
Candidate should have experience handling multiple real estate projects.
Candidate should be able to provide details of the projects handled and the number of projects worked on during the interview.
Strong existing developer, project, Channel Partner, IPC/ICP, or broker network preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and sourcing activities effectively.
