Hiring: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

- Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during food preparation and service

- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency

- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards

- Monitor stock, ingredients, and kitchen requirements

- Support menu planning and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen sections

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation

- Good leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace

- Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail
