- Identify and source new land/property opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct preliminary evaluation of land and property deals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closure.
- Maintain sourcing pipeline and prepare regular MIS reports.
Key Skills:
- Solid knowledge of real estate sourcing and land/property markets.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management.
- Knowledge of basic legal and commercial aspects of property transactions.
