Software Test Engineer

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our engineering team in Kolhapur .

What You'll Do

- Analyze software requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Validate REST APIs, database operations, and application workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Conduct cross-browser, compatibility, and performance testing where required.
- Participate in requirement reviews,



sprint planning, release validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, execution reports, and defect logs.
- Explore test automation tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, test case design, and test execution.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Good understanding of SQL queries and database validation.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools, Git, and agile development methodologies.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, or SaaS environments is an added advantage.
