Amex Technology is a software and AI development company building web apps, SaaS products and AI automation for clients in the US, UK and worldwide. We're looking for a Software Engineer with about 1-2 year of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain web applications using React / Next.js and Node.js or Python
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL / Supabase) and REST APIs
- Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, CRMs and AI APIs (OpenAI / Claude)
- Fix bugs, improve performance and ship features for live client projects
- Use Git daily, write clean code and take part in code reviews
- SEO and Graphics design would be plus point
Requirements
- About 1-2 year of experience as a software developer (internship experience counts)
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and React
- Basic backend experience with Node.js or Python
- Understanding of databases and REST APIs
- Comfortable with Git and GitHub
- Good communication in English (you'll work with international clients)
Nice to have
- Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase
- Experience with AI / LLM APIs or automation tools like GHL, ChatGPT, Claude is must
- A portfolio or GitHub with real projects
