We Are Looking For We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team at Sector 36, Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in managing business pages, creating engaging content, and running ad campaigns that bring in real leads. You will handle the online presence of all Macrosense group companies, work closely with our videographer and sales team, and help us grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Job Title: Social Media Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Sector 36, Noida (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 1–3 years

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the content calendar for all Macrosense brands
- Post and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business pages
- Create posts, carousels, reels and captions with strong hooks and hashtags
- Run Meta (Facebook and Instagram)



ad campaigns to generate leads for Realty and Construction
- Show our design, interior and elevation projects through attractive portfolio content
- Create research and knowledge posts for Gripnimics, mainly on LinkedIn
- Work with our videographer to plan, shoot and publish video content
- Reply to comments and messages quickly and handle online reputation
- Share leads and enquiries with the sales team
- Track analytics and send a monthly report on reach, engagement, leads and ad spend
- Follow social media trends and competitor pages

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing business social media pages
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and SEO basics
- Valuable written Hindi and English
- Real estate, construction or architecture experience is a plus
- Must be able to work from our Sector 36, Noida office
