We are a growing digital marketing agency managing a diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our clients' social media presence, from strategy and content creation to community building and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Client Strategy: Devise and execute tailored social media strategies aligned with unique business goals for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Write engaging copy, collaborate with graphic designers/video editors, and schedule posts using tools like HubSpot, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Community Management: Monitor client channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster active audience engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and build comprehensive monthly reports to present directly to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts within an agency environment. We are also open to experienced freelancers
- Solid portfolio demonstrating copywriting skills, creative campaigns, and measurable growth.
- Proficiency with social media management dashboards, analytics tools, and design tools like Canva.
- Should be good at time management, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
