Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Social Media Executive will manage daily social media activities across platforms, including planning and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in a skilled manner.

The Social Media Executive will track performance metrics, optimize content based on analytics, stay updated on social media trends, and support digital campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Capture and develop content from factories, application labs, events, product demonstrations, and office activities.
- Produce Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, photographs, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write creative, engaging, and platform-specific captions and copy.




- Convert technical and manufacturing processes into simple, engaging stories.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage relevant formats, audio, and content ideas.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, technical, sales, and leadership teams to identify content opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external partners when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent related field.
- 1-3 years of experience with designing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and social media management tools is an advantage.
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Excellent written communication and content writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.
