About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Social Media Marketing & PR to lead our social media presence, digital marketing initiatives, PR activities and brand communication across our platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in social media management, paid campaigns, content strategy, branding and digital marketing, along with the ability to independently manage multiple marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.

Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.

Plan, execute and analyse paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns.

Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads and other key metrics.

Create and manage marketing collaterals such as posts, banners, brochures, creatives and promotional materials.

Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity across platforms.

Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns,



including influencer marketing, events and local initiatives.

Manage website content, updates and basic SEO activities.

Handle PR and brand communication initiatives.

Plan and coordinate webinars, events and industry-related initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies and external partners wherever required.

Identify new trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Take ownership of other marketing activities assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Brand Management or a closely related field.

Solid hands-on knowledge of social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

Experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads will be an advantage.

Good understanding of content marketing, engagement and audience growth.

Experience with marketing creatives and basic design tools is preferred.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to independently plan, execute and monitor marketing activities.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

? Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and skill set.
