WE’RE HIRING — Social Media & Community Growth Intern

Pixelwise Technology is looking for a creative and internet-savvy Social Media & Community Growth Intern to help grow the online presence of one of our digital content platforms.

- Role: Social Media & Community Growth Intern
- Work Mode: Remote
- Commitment: 3–4 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Reddit, Quora and YouTube
- Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, carousels and short-form content
- Research trending topics, creators, celebrities, entertainment, sports and internet trends
- Participate naturally in relevant Reddit communities and discussions
- Create useful and engaging Quora answers
- Repurpose website content for different social platforms
- Write engaging captions, hooks and calls-to-action
- Engage with comments and online communities
- Identify trending topics and new content opportunities
- Maintain a social media content calendar
- Track reach, engagement, views, website traffic and account growth
- Prepare simple weekly performance reports
- Suggest new ideas and strategies to improve reach and engagement

Who Can Apply:
- College students and freshers are welcome




- Good understanding of social media platforms and internet culture
- Regular user of platforms such as Instagram, Reddit, X, YouTube or Quora
- Good written English and communication skills
- Creative and able to identify compelling/trending content
- Basic Canva or video-editing knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work independently and consistently

Previous professional social media experience is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys discovering trends and can turn interesting topics into engaging social content.
