Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, drafting captions, supporting basic content calendars, and monitoring engagement metrics.





The intern will collaborate with designers and marketers to align visuals and messaging with brand guidelines, and help with community management through replies, comments, and DMs. The role also involves basic research on trends, competitors, and best practices to suggest improvements for social media growth and digital presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels.
- Comfort using design collaboration tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze basic performance metrics and draw simple insights.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.
