About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media Intern to support our marketing and brand communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and digital trends. You will play a key role in building our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and others.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and basic creatives aligned with brand voice.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and trending content formats.
- Support execution of social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Assist in brainstorming new content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, marketing, and influencer management.

Requirements





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and influencer ecosystem.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of content creation and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Gurgaon and collaborate with the team.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable)

- Experience managing personal or brand social media accounts.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of social media analytics tools.
- Interest in influencer marketing and creator economy.
