Job Title: Social Media Executive / Graphic Designer / Video Editor Company: Defence Possible Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who can manage our social media platforms and create engaging graphic and video content for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Create attractive social media posts, reels, thumbnails and promotional creatives. Edit short-form videos/reels and promotional videos. Design graphics using tools such as Canva, Photoshop or similar software. Plan and post regular social media content. Write engaging captions and basic social media copy. Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats. Help increase brand visibility, engagement and reach through creative content.

Requirements: Basic knowledge of Graphic Designing and Video Editing.



Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools will be an advantage. Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Freshers are welcome to apply. Salary: Salary will be based on skills and experience. Performance-based salary increments and growth opportunities will be provided.
