About Shyle

Shyle is a Jaipur-based 925 sterling silver jewellery brand, handcrafted by skilled Jaipur artisans and featured on Shark Tank India .

We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can take ownership of Shyle's social media and create content that is visually distinctive, culturally relevant and built to perform.

This is not a conventional social media management role . We are looking for someone who can ideate, create, edit, experiment and execute .

What You'll Do

- Own Shyle's day-to-day social media presence, primarily across Instagram
- Develop and execute the monthly content strategy and content calendar
- Come up with original, unconventional and high-impact content ideas
- Conceptualise and create Reels, videos, carousels, static posts, Stories and campaigns
- Personally handle or actively participate in video and static creative editing
- Create visually compelling jewellery/fashion content with a strong understanding of aesthetics, composition, typography and storytelling
- Use AI tools extensively to create new concepts, visuals, videos, animations and experimental content
- Experiment with AI-generated videos, visual effects, transitions, image manipulation and new content formats
- Stay ahead of Instagram trends, viral formats, memes, sounds and emerging content styles
- Plan and coordinate shoots and work closely with the creative team
- Write strong hooks, captions and CTAs
- Identify opportunities for content to become shareable and viral
- Monitor content performance across reach, views, engagement, saves, shares and follower growth




- Use analytics to understand what is working and continuously improve the content strategy
- Track competitor and international fashion/jewellery brands for inspiration and emerging trends
- Work closely with the founders to convert brand ideas into compelling social content

? What We're Looking For
- Atleast 1 year of experience in social media/content creation, preferably in D2C, fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle
- Excellent understanding of Instagram and Reels
- Strong video editing skills — you should be comfortable editing Reels yourself
- Strong static creative/design skills and an excellent eye for aesthetics
- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, typography and branding
- Hands-on experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop or similar
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and a genuine interest in experimenting with recent AI workflows
- Ability to use AI creatively to generate visual concepts, videos, images and content ideas
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends and formats
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Highly proactive, curious and experimental
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment
