About the Role

Gupta Jewellers is looking for a creative, trend-conscious Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will be stationed at our retail showroom, capturing high-quality content of fine gold, polki, diamond, and bridal jewelry, conceptualizing engaging Reels and short videos, and converting online engagement into showroom footfalls and qualified inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Shoot crisp photos, close-up macro product videos, and behind-the-scenes showroom moments highlighting craftsmanship, sparkle, and hallmark details using smartphone/camera setups.
- Reels & Short-Form Video Production: Edit fast-paced, aesthetic Reels and YouTube Shorts with trending audio, smooth transitions, and clear value captions tailored for wedding collections and festive buying.
- Editorial Calendar & Campaign Planning: Plan and execute weekly content calendars aligned with auspicious buying dates, festival peaks (Dhanteras, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya), and bridal seasons.
- Direct Inquiries & Community Engagement: Respond swiftly to Instagram direct messages, comments,



and WhatsApp Business inquiries regarding pricing, making charges, weight, and store visits.
- Performance Marketing & Meta Ads: Set up and optimize hyper-local targeted ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to drive footfall within local and neighboring areas.
- Influencer & Collaboration Coordination: Identify and coordinate with local micro-influencers, bridal stylists, and lifestyle creators for in-store styling sessions and cooperative posts.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years handling social media channels, with demonstrable experience in retail, fashion, luxury lifestyle, or jewelry brands.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN Video Editor, InShot) or desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva/Photoshop for clean graphic banners.
- Visual Eye: Strong sense of composition, studio and showcase lighting, color correction, and luxury aesthetic framing.
- Local Context: Comfortable scripting captions in both Hindi and English that resonate with festive shoppers and wedding families.
- Portfolio Requirement: Active links to a portfolio, Instagram handles, or client campaigns managed must be submitted with the application.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
