Role Description The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore includes developing social media strategies, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and optimizing campaigns for performance.

Manager will collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure consistent messaging and creative execution.



Daily tasks involve community management, responding to comments and messages, tracking trends, and preparing performance reports to inform future content and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaign goals, and tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting to measure reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and stakeholders, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a similar role; agency experience is an advantage.
