About Us

We operate two distinct retail brands: Nazakat, a 74-year heritage Chikankari business established in 1952 in Aminabad, and Awadh Bungalow, our direct-to-consumer e-commerce label. We are looking for a practical, skilled, and highly efficient Social Media Manager & Video Editor to handle our daily content output and online customer interactions.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, dual-purpose role. We will provide the raw video footage; your job is to edit those clips properly and manage the entire social media posting process. You need to be efficient at juggling video post-production with daily page management, ensuring our content goes out consistently and customer queries are handled promptly.

Key Responsibilities-

Video Editing: Receive raw footage directly from our team and edit it into clean, high-quality Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos. You must know how to edit properly with good pacing, audio syncing, and formatting.

Content Publishing: Post the edited videos across our social media platforms, writing suitable captions and utilizing the right hashtags for maximum reach.

Customer Engagement: Actively monitor our social media pages to answer direct messages, reply to comments, and handle customer queries regarding our products, sizing, and orders.

Workflow Management: Handle the content pipeline efficiently,



ensuring a steady stream of uploads while balancing the community management aspect of the job.

Key Requirements

Apple Hardware Required: You must work on an iPad or a MacBook. We shoot our content on Apple devices, so seamless Airdrop capability is mandatory for fast and productive daily file transfers.

Editing Proficiency: Strong, practical experience in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro). You should have a clear understanding of how to assemble engaging short-form content without needing constant direction.

Social Media Management: Experience in handling Instagram and YouTube Shorts, with a good grasp of how to use hashtags and captions effectively.

Communication Skills: Good written communication to politely and professionally respond to customer queries and DMs.

Multitasking: Proven ability to handle both the technical side of video editing and the administrative side of social media management simultaneously.
