About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Lead Generation Intern for an initial 6-month full-time internship.

This is a virtual / work-from-home, hands-on opportunity for freshers, recent graduates, students, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want practical exposure to digital marketing, social media campaigns, content creation, and B2B lead generation.

The intern will support social media campaigns, create digital content, research prospective organizations and decision-makers, support outreach activities, track potential leads, and contribute to strengthening Cataliq™’s digital presence.

What We’re Looking For

- Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in creating posts, reels, videos, and campaign content
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools is an advantage




- Interest in B2B lead generation, prospect research, and digital outreach
- Willingness to learn AI-enabled marketing tools, CRM, analytics, and digital platforms
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset
- Students or graduates from Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or related disciplines are preferred; other relevant backgrounds may also apply

Internship Details

Position: Social Media & Lead Generation Intern

Duration: Initially 6 Months

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Engagement: Full time Internship

Time Commitment: Approximately 8 hours per day

Work Mode: Virtual / Work From Home

Location: India-based candidates only

Working Schedule: Indian Standard Time (IST)

Stipend: To be discussed based on profile, skills, and capabilities

This is a hands-on internship, and the selected intern will be expected to actively create content, conduct research, support outreach, track leads, learn new tools, and contribute to day-to-day social media and lead-generation activities.
