Role Description The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms to enhance Apex Hospitals’ brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing social media campaigns, monitoring and optimizing posts, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with clinical and marketing teams to share key updates and patient-focused initiatives.

Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to support patient education, hospital reputation, and community outreach.



This role also involves staying current with healthcare trends and social media best practices to ensure the hospital’s online presence remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with internal teams and online audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy capabilities to align messaging with brand objectives and patient-centered initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing abilities for creating accurate, engaging posts, captions, and short-form content.
- Relevant experience managing social media for healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented organizations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic graphic or video editing skills is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate across departments, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
