Social Media Marketing Intern

Rostra is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to take ownership of our Instagram and LinkedIn presence and help us build a stronger, more consistent, and engaging digital brand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, follows trends, and wants to experiment with ideas that can genuinely grow a brand.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow Rostra’s Instagram and LinkedIn handles
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and LinkedIn content
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas, campaigns, and creative concepts
- Research social media trends and turn relevant trends into content for Rostra
- Write captions, hooks, and engaging copy
- Use Canva or other design tools to create social media creatives
- Monitor content performance and identify what is working
- Experiment with different content formats to improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility




- Help build Rostra’s identity and presence across social platforms
- Take ownership of the social media function and proactively bring new ideas to the table

We’d Love It If You
- Understand Instagram and LinkedIn and how content performs on each platform
- Have a creative eye and enjoy coming up with current ideas
- Can create basic designs using Canva
- Have good writing and communication skills
- Keep up with social media trends, formats, and content styles
- Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Are willing to experiment, learn, test, and improve

Experience: 0–1 year / Freshers welcome

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Performance-Based

Opportunity: Full-Time Conversion based on performance
