Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, creative, and energetic Social Media Influencer / On-Camera Content Creator to represent Techgropse across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English-speaking skills, a strong on-camera presence, and a natural ability to engage audiences. You should be comfortable appearing in videos, presenting ideas confidently, and creating compelling content that strengthens our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and present engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other social media content.
- Confidently appear on camera for corporate videos, promotional campaigns, interviews, and brand storytelling.
- Communicate technology-related topics, company services, and industry trends in clear, engaging English.
- Develop creative video concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas.
- Participate in corporate shoots, employee interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and video editing teams to plan and execute content campaigns.
- Stay updated with trending audio, viral formats, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Help build a recognizable and engaging brand presence for Techgropse.




- Maintain consistency in content quality, presentation, and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be confident on camera and not camera-shy.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and audience engagement skills.
- Creative, expressive, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to present corporate and technology-related content in an compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
- Comfortable participating in regular video shoots and promotional activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a social media influencer, content creator, presenter, host, or video personality.
- A portfolio of reels, videos, or other on-camera content.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and scripting.
- Understanding of social media engagement and content performance metrics.
