Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategy-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook). In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end social media execution—from content planning and visual storytelling to community management, audience engagement, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, structure, and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Plan and produce engaging short-form and long-form content, including Instagram Reels, static carousels, stories, LinkedIn posts, and video captions.
- Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions with relevant hashtags, keywords, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
- Monitor social media trends, viral audio, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage actively with the audience by monitoring comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to build a strong community.
- Track, analyze,



and report key social media metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic) to optimize future content strategies.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure visual and creative consistency across all posts.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Content & Copywriting: Strong visual eye with excellent copy editing, caption writing, and storytelling skills.
- Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience managing and growing channels on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Trend Awareness: Keen understanding of trending video formats, hook tactics, audio selection, and short-form algorithms (Reels/Shorts).
- Tools & Analytics: Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite) and design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
- Organization: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple content calendars and meet tight posting deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
