- Location: Sector 61, Gurugram (you must be able to commute daily)
- Work mode: Full-time, in-office
- Working days: 6 days a week (non-negotiable, so please apply only if it works for you)
- ONLY for female candidates: all Saturdays will be Work From Home
- Compensation: ₹30,000/month

About the Role

This role is split between SnapShopHub (SSH), our medical and healthcare equipment export business, and LetsDiskuss, our question-and-answer blog platform. You'll own the social media strategy for both businesses across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and also create content for LetsDiskuss. A great fit for someone early in their social media career who wants ownership over strategy, not just execution.

SnapShopHub is a Gurugram-based medical and healthcare equipment exporter, supplying hospitals, distributors, clinics and individual buyers across the UK, US, EU, GCC and Africa, under the Blue Orbit Healthcare (BOH) brand. Brand consistency is very important to us, and it's the foundation of this role.

About LetsDiskuss

LetsDiskuss is our question-and-answer blog platform, where engaging topics and strong visuals drive readership and discussion.

What You'll Do For SnapShopHub:





- Build and manage a social media strategy and posting calendar for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Plan content themes and campaigns that keep the brand's voice and identity consistent
- Track engagement, growth and performance, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Coordinate with the design team to get posts, reels and stories out on schedule
- Stay on top of platform trends and suggest new formats or campaigns

For LetsDiskuss:

- Come up with compelling, discussion-worthy topics
- Write content for the platform
- Build and run the social media strategy for LetsDiskuss across IG, FB and LinkedIn

Across both businesses:

- Monitor comments, messages and community engagement
- Support the team with quick-turnaround requests as they come up

What We're Looking For

- 6+ months of experience in social media management or strategy (internships count)
- Comfortable writing short-to-medium form content
- Understanding of how to plan and run a content calendar across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn best practices and analytics
- Strong organisation and time management, since you'll run strategy for two businesses
- Good communication skills, since you'll coordinate closely with the design team

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Basic graphic design or Canva skills
- Experience with paid social campaigns
