About the role:

Location: Ahmedabad, on-site

Experience: 2–5 years across organic social and paid media, agency side preferred

Reports to: Founder / Strategy Lead

You own how Orglife and its clients grow online: the organic content plan, the paid budget and the numbers that prove it worked. You are as comfortable writing a content calendar as reading a ROAS report.

What you'll do

- Build social and digital strategies, content pillars and monthly calendars for clients and for Orglife.
- Run Orglife's own channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Behance) to drive B2B leads and brand authority.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and LinkedIn.
- Set up tracking: pixels, GA4, UTMs, conversion events and lead forms.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages; brief the creative team on what to make next.
- Own SEO basics, Google Business Profile and visibility in AI answer engines
- Report monthly to clients with clear numbers: reach, engagement, leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and what changes next.

What you bring

- Proven results on live accounts, with budgets and outcomes you can show.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4.
- Strong copywriting and an eye for scroll-stopping creative.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards (Looker Studio or similar).




- Experience across B2B and consumer brands (education, auto, healthcare or D2C is a plus).

Nice to have: Google Ads and Meta certifications, marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho), WhatsApp marketing, using AI tools to research, create content ideas, scale content and testing.
