Job Summary

Rose & Willow, a luxury home décor brand, is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator Manager to develop content strategy, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content that supports the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.

· Create and manage monthly content calendars for social media platforms.

· Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

· Plan and produce Reels, videos, posts, stories, and product-focused content.

· Develop creative concepts, content themes, scripts, captions, and storytelling ideas.

· Coordinate product photoshoots and video shoots.

· Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.

· Work with photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative professionals.

· Manage social media posting and maintain consistent brand communication.

· Track content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.

· Use performance insights to improve content strategy and social media performance.

· Support influencer collaborations and digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements





· 2–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or content strategy.

· Experience with lifestyle, home décor, fashion, beauty, luxury, or consumer brands is preferred.

· Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.

· Valuable knowledge of content strategy, storytelling, content planning, and social media trends.

· Strong writing and communication skills.

· Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

· Good understanding of visual aesthetics and brand presentation.

· Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.

· Candidates must have a portfolio or examples of previous work.
