Social Media & Marketing Associate — Part-Time

Compensation: ₹5,000/month

We are an early-stage consumer brand in the cosmetics and self-care space, currently operating in stealth mode, with an initial focus on products such as perfume and gulabjal (rose water).

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Associate to help build our brand's digital presence from 0→1.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute our initial social media and content strategy
- Manage social media channels and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Plan and create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Research trends, competitors, creators, and target audiences
- Build organic social media presence and audience engagement
- Explore influencer marketing and creator collaborations
- Assist with digital advertising and campaign execution
- Track basic performance metrics and continuously improve content and campaigns
- Work directly with the founding team on brand positioning and marketing initiatives

Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media and content trends
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content engaging
- Ability to independently research, experiment, and execute




- Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment

Preferred
- Experience with beauty, cosmetics, perfume, fragrance, skincare, self-care, lifestyle, or other consumer brands
- Experience with Instagram/Reels and short-form content
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or Meta Ads
- Experience building or managing a social media page
- Portfolio or examples of previous content/marketing work
